You have entered either the wrong name or the wrong password or you have not signed up yet.

If you are a student you have entered your information in the wrong place. Go to http://www.getfast.ca/studentaccess.cfm instead.

However if you put in the right name and right password try:

If you are using Internet Explorer try the following:

  1. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab -> Temporary Internet Files -> Settings
  2. Under settings you probably have "Automatically" selected. Please change that to "Every visit to the page".
  3. Then close everything in order including the browser and start it up again and that should fix your problem.
  4. If this does not solve your problem we would strongly recommend trying another computer or another browser like Mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org) or Netscape (http://www.netscape.com). There does seem to be a bug with some versions of Internet Explorer

If you are using Netscape or Mozilla:

  1. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Cache
  2. You may have "Once Per Session" selected. Please change that to "Every time I view the page".
  3. Then close everything in order including the browser and start it up again and that should fix your problem.

If you are using a software firewall like Norton's Personal Firewall, disable it. It appears to cause problems for some people and we have received some errors because of this.
