Traditionally known as the “kuswar,” the sweets have a big range of flavors and types. At the time of Christmas, there is fun and excitement all around. All the preparations are done a week ago. Christmas dinner is prepared well in time to enjoy celebratory events. The items required to make a cake are collected for the Christmas eve. Dresses are made ready beforehand. One of the best parts of this festival is the Mid-night mass. Churches start their tradition with carol singing, after which Christmas mass is held. Later after visiting the church, people meet their friends and family to share sweets, cakes, and meals. People in India hang out a big paper lantern of the shape of the star on the top of there houses, which symbolizes the star of the Bethlehem!
