Why it’s important to time your workout ?

We know time is precious. So why not make the schedule? I know we cannot make the schedule for everything but when it comes to timing your workout. Then it is definitely in our power.

There are some people who do not follow any time, they either do the workout in the morning or sometime in the evening. They have to fix their time of doing work out if they are doing it in the morning then stick to that and if in the evening then they have to do in the evening itself. Doing exercise is no joke, one needs to be very serious about it and have to give it proper time. The same concept of time goes with the question ‘how many hours one is doing workout’? You cannot do half-hour exercise one day, then one hour second day and next day two hours or more. You need to give equal time to you work out on a daily basis.

Physical activities help us to improve our health and fitness and it also reduces the risk of developing heart-related problems. Doing physical activities have immediate and long-term benefits. Regular physical activities also increase the quality of your life. If you are physically active, you may reduce your risk of a heart attack, and also you can manage your weight better. Your cholesterol level will also be lower and you will have stronger bones, joints, and muscles. Regular exercise helps you to feel better, and have more energy, a better mood, feel more relaxed and even you can sleep soundly.

In my opinion, ‘the best time for a workout is early morning’. In the morning itself you do all your most important things, so it can keep you fresh all day long. You will feel great after starting your workday with great enthusiasm and strength knowing that you have already done your workout. – Some people think that working out takes too much time. However, they are wrong, you can have a short workout session. Short intense workouts can be much better than long worthless ones. Therefore, you need to make sure that you aren’t just doing exercise, you are also doing those exercises correctly and perfectly.

If you have a workout partner or workout buddy or if you working out with a friend then they can as a motivation factor. You are more likely to make it to the gym if you know that you are not going alone. And also, you should avoid hitting the gym during peak times. Because during peak time, you cannot give full time to your exercise and you even deviate from your goal, so you have to avoid going to the gym during rush hour.

Many people simply over workouts. They think they will build their muscles in a single day but they forget even a seed needs proper care and time to give fruits. So, limit the time of your workout as you will want to burn out or injure yourself. Start with small and then you can extend the time to achieve your goals. You may have heard the phrase ‘time is everything’. Taking regular breaks from workout not only allows your body to recover from intense exercise sessions but also repair them. Otherwise, if you do not take any rest days then it can lead to overtraining that eventually will be harmful to you and your body.

While doing exercise, they create microscopic tears in your muscle tissue. But during recovery, cells called fibroblasts to repair those microscopic tears. This process helps the tissue to heal and grow, which results in making the muscles stronger. You need to give time to your body to recover by giving them a rest day. Resting is very necessary after doing exercise especially heavyweight exercises because muscles and tissues need more time to repair and rebuild. In general, muscle takes 24 to 48 hours to repair and rebuild. You need to always remember that exercise depletes your muscles’ glycogen levels. And if these stores aren’t replaced, then you’ll experience muscle fatigue and soreness. Rest is also essential for you to remain safe. Moreover, if you over workout then you will be out of your form which means you are likely to drop weight.

Do you know rest has the opposite effect on your body? It increases energy and prevents fatigue, which prepares your body for consistently successful in your workouts. Physical activities release energy-boosting hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. Constant exercise, however, overproduces these hormones. Its reaction will be that it will be hard getting quality sleep, which only worsens fatigue and exhaustion. Rest can help you get better sleep by letting your hormones return to a normal into a balanced state.

Timing is very important to be it for your education or career; you need to time everything. Likewise timing your exercise and rest is also very crucial. You need to make one schedule when you will be doing your exercise daily and even you need to decide for how many hours (one hour or more) you will be doing the workout. It is good if you schedule your workout as it will be not only good for you but also for your lovely body too.
