8 Bathing Tips For This Summer

In the summer, when care for the beauty of the skin is more relevant than ever, do not give up the pleasure of taking a tonic, refreshing bath. To restore energy after a hot summer day, you need a bath that would wash away all your stress at once.

Today we are going to discuss 8 summer bathing tips that will make this summer more refreshing than ever.

Take a bath in the bathtub
Fatigue substances that cannot be expelled by simply sweating.
It’s important to regularly dilate the peripheral blood vessels and improve circulation throughout the body. The best way to do that is to take a bath! Even in the summer, it is important to take a bath in a bathtub slowly, not just in the shower.

And by making it a habit to do so, you will be able to create a constitution that can easily recover from thermal stress in both summer and winter.

Timing
The bathing time should be about 15-20 minutes.
The timing of bathing each day should be 1 to 2 hours before going to bed at night.
It is important to rehydrate at least a glass of water before and after bathing and before going to bed.

One minute shower in the morning
To feel great and prevent body odor Sebum, which is the source of body odor on the morning of waking up, it is recommended to take a morning shower in 40 to 41°C water for just one minute.

The amount of sweat and sebum that comes out while you sleep will flow down, and the amount of sebum that comes out afterward will be suppressed, so body odor will be less likely to occur compared to going out without bathing. It takes only one minute to get the full effect without using soap.

How to wash your body?
In the hot summer, your skin gets dirty with a lot of sweat and dust. If it is left untreated, you may develop a skin rash or dermatitis.

First, remove dirt from your skin with hot water or a shower, and then slowly soak your skin in warm water.
It washes the surface and spreads the sweat glands sufficiently to make it easier to sweat. Put body soap on the sponge and start rubbing.

Be careful not to do it too hard because it will hurt your skin.

Countermeasures against heatstroke
In the summer, when physical strength tends to weaken, there is a risk of heatstroke during or after a long bath at high temperatures.
Cases include elevated body temperature, low blood pressure, pallor on the face, nausea, headache, dizziness, and fainting, and so on. Ventilate the bath well, put a wet towel on your head, drink a glass of water before taking a bath to prevent this from happening.

Immerse in lukewarm water (37-40 ° C)
In summer, the immune function declines due to high temperature and accumulated fatigue. During intense heat, the body’s work becomes more active, but instead the tension of the ” sympathetic nerve, ” which suppresses the work of the gastrointestinal tract, increases.
Immerse yourself in lukewarm water (37-40° C) to make the parasympathetic nervous system dominant, lower blood pressure and heart rate, and activate the gastrointestinal function.

Choose a bath salt with menthol ingredients!
If it’s too hot and you don’t want to take a bath…try adding a bath salve that contains menthol. It has a refreshing sensation, so you will feel refreshed after a bath!

If the color of the bath salts is a cold color such as light blue, it is good because it is easy to feel the coolness.
For halotherapy, I recommend peppermint essential oil, which contains menthol. Eucalyptus, lemongrass and citronella also have a refreshing scent, so it makes you feel GOOD! Mix 3-5 drops in the water.

Summer towels
Use special summer towels for a bath in the house or a pond, river etc. You can also these kinds of towels to go swimming or on a beach during summer. You can easily find these towels on any Towel Reviewer sites on the internet.

Conclusion
These tips can help prevent fattiness and make you sleep well, and can even prevent the discomfort of sweat. Make the most of your bath time and survive summer more comfortably!

Upcoming Samsung Smartphones of 2020

The world’s biggest smartphone brand Samsung indeed enticed its audience with state-of-the-art smartphones back in 2019. And it’s most likely that 2020 is going to be another exciting year with a wide range of mind-boggling smartphones.

Although the most anticipated smartphone of 2020 by Samsung is named Samsung Galaxy Note 11 whereas other Series will sport some attention-grabbing smartphones too.

We have gathered a list of upcoming Samsung smartphones here on this single page that will be released throughout the world sooner than later. Some of them, in fact, are already facing a delay due to COVID-19 whereas others are scheduled in the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2020 and seem to be released on time.

1: Samsung Galaxy Note 11
Either Samsung chooses to name this phone as Note 11 or Note 20, it’s not yet confirmed but based on reports, we’re not far away from its official launch – August 2020.

It’ll be Samsung’s super-powerful, fancy, and of course, a bit expensive smartphone of the year with a lot of new features, smooth performance, dazzling cameras, an unbelievable display.

The pricing details are pretty blurred as of now but it’ll make its debut somewhere in August of 2020.

2: Samsung Galaxy A91
The next upcoming Samsung phone we’ve listed is named Galaxy A91 which will make its debut later this month. It’s likely to sport a similar design to the like of Galaxy Note 10 with slight changes on its rear. The phone seems to hold a punch-hole display on the front for selfie snapper and square-shaped camera on its rear.

In terms of design, it may have some aesthetics that resembles Galaxy S11 which means you’ll be able to get a flavor of S11 smartphone in the shape of A91 at significantly reduced rates.

The official release date and pricing details aren’t confirmed but it’s sporting a 6.7-inches display, Android 10 OS, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Chipset, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage, Trio-camera Configuration Outback, 4500mAh battery other appealing features.

3: Samsung Galaxy Note 11 Plus
Very much like 2019, Samsung is planning to launch an elder brother of Note 11 named Note 11 Plus with a little bump in RAM, ROM, Camera, and battery.

Either it comes with a similar design of Note 11 or not, we’re short on words on but it’ll have more RAM and quite a few other features at an eye-watering price.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to share accurate details regarding Note 11 Plus as it’s too prompt but based on rumours and leaks, it’ll flaunt a Snapdragon 865 Plus Chipset which goes against iPhone’s powerful A13 Bionic Chipset, 4500mAh non-removable battery, and in-screen front-facing camera.

The rest of the details include a whopping 12GB RAM, up to 1TB ROM, quad-camera configuration on its rear, and Super AMOLED display.

4: Samsung Galaxy A21
It’s not a flagship smartphone which means one doesn’t need to leave a dent on his wallet to get his hands on Galaxy A21.

This mid-range smartphone with eye-catching design and outstanding features set users back approx. $270 and it’ll start holding its position in a couple of days worldwide.

The dimensions and its weight aren’t confirmed yet but rest of the details have been appeared online – confirming that it’s loaded with 6.5-inches Super AMOLED display with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution, 3GB RAM for smooth performance and 32GB internal storage with an option to expand it further via a microSD card.

Four cameras will cover its back – comprising 16MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP and a single 13MP camera on the front. The battery size is said to be 4000mAh whereas it’ll arrive in Black colour only.

5: Samsung Galaxy S21
Last but absolutely not the least, perhaps Samsung Galaxy S21 leads the chart – thanks to its eye-catching and quite appealing overall design. Though we’re not sure when this beast hit the shelves but it’s likely to get huge popularity in a short span of time.

The rumours specifications of Galaxy S21 include an Android 10 operating system with Samsung’s own OneUI 2.0, a gigantic 6.9-inches display with 1440 x 3200 pixels resolutions, a massive 12GB RAM with Exynos 990 Chipset and 256GB internal storage.

The camera details include 180MP primary camera – partnered with 48MP + 12MP and ToF 3D camera lens. The front, on the other hand, houses a single 40MP camera whereas the battery inside the phone is said to be 5000mAh.

The Bottom Line
Let’s finish this off by saying that NextGenPhone technology will have something unique and our lives will entirely depend on them. And all the above phones seem to have more than enough exclusive features we’ve not seen yet.

We are desperately waiting for these devices to make their debut somewhere in 2020 but we shouldn’t forget that Samsung, as usual, has plans to launch a wide number of other gadgets too before 2020 ends.
